We remove the existing roofing system down to the roof deck, including the old membrane, flashing, vents, and A/C units. Rotted or damaged plywood is replaced, and joists are reinforced when needed to help restore the roof’s strength and stability. We then install a new heat-welded TPO membrane for durable waterproofing and protection from the elements.
